JD Kious
Attorney
J.D. received his undergraduate degree from Furman University in 2002 and his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2005. He was admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 2005. J.D. began his legal career with the law firm of Kious, Rodgers, Barger, Holder & King, PLLC, where he was a partner until his move to SRM and Structure Title Group, LLC. J.D. has been in the title insurance industry for over fifteen years and his primary areas of practice include real estate, estate planning, business transactions, and employment law.
Katie Caldwell
Managing Director
Katie received her undergraduate degree in Advertising and Business Administration from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and her master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and Communication from Belmont University in 2015. Katie has an extensive background in business development and her previous experience as a mortgage lender and escrow officer brings much-needed value to STG. As Managing Director, Katie oversees STG’s daily functions and promotes STG as a leading title company in the real estate industry. She is the mother to three beautiful children, wife to the love of her life and calls Murfreesboro, TN her home.
John Parker
Senior Processor
John Parker joins Structure Title Group as their Senior Processor. John (JP) is a middle Tennessee native having grown up just south of Murfreesboro, TN, and brings a decade of experience in Title & Escrow to the team. He excels in providing agents, lenders, buyers and sellers with exceptional customer service, and his prior professional experience in commercial and residential title insurance makes JP irreplaceable. JP currently lives in Murfreesboro with his partner and their two pups.
Jameka Braden
Operations Coordinator
Jameka Braden is Structure Title Group’s Operations Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to our Director. Jameka has taken on different roles within the company, which highlights her willingness to learn and grow professionally. She is highly dedicated to customer service, implementing processes, and managing her job responsibilities. Jameka is just as dedicated to being a great momma to her son, Zion, and her daughter, Zuri.
Karen Milligan
Processor
Karen Milligan brings dedication and care to her role with Structure Title Group’s Title and Escrow team. She and her husband, Kevin, are proud parents of two boys and a dog named Scout. Karen enjoys college football—especially cheering on the University of Tennessee—along with time at the beach or lake and making memories with family and friends.
Lisa Wagner
Processor
Lisa joined Structure Title Group in August of 2024 and contributes a ton of experience to the team. Local to Smyrna, TN, Lisa has created relationships among some of the best real estate agents and lenders in the business. The loyalty and dedication that Lisa has surrounding her is unmeasurable. She is the mother to two beautiful daughters and spends any extra time with her grandsons, Apollo, and Adonis.
Ashley Adams
Assistant Processor
With nearly a decade of experience in mortgage lending, Ashley is now excited to expand her expertise as a Processor in title and escrow. A proud Murfreesboro local, Ashley is deeply involved in the community and loves everything about her hometown. Ashley is married to Curtis, and their family includes two sons, Ethan and Braydan, their daughter Macy, and of course, their beloved dog, Bella. If you get the chance to work with Ashley on a closing, you can be sure you’ll leave the table with a smile.
Joely Sain
Office Coordinator
Joely Sain began pursuing her career in the title company and real estate transaction field in 2023. Through her experience, she developed a strong interest in the legal side of the industry. Joely went on to earn her paralegal certificate and is continuing to further her education through advanced legal research studies. She is determined to succeed, committed to doing her best, and focused on growing both personally and professionally as she continues her career journey. She is also a third-generation active member of the Sportsman’s and Businessmen’s Charitable Organization, proudly continuing her family’s legacy of community involvement and service through charitable work and local initiatives. Joely enjoys spending time at the lake, riding dirt bikes and attending a variety of concerts.
