Structure Title Group, LLC (“STG”) is a full-service title insurance agency providing comprehensive services, including title examinations, issuance of owner’s and lender’s title insurance policies, and real estate settlement and escrow services for both residential and commercial transactions.
At its core, STG is committed to protecting buyers, sellers, and lenders from the complexities and potential risks inherent in real estate transactions. Each file is carefully reviewed—whether a $200,000 residential purchase or a $5,000,000 commercial deal—to identify liens, encumbrances, easements, and restrictions. Our team works diligently to resolve title issues and ensure every transaction closes with clarity and confidence.
Member and attorney J.D. Kious brings over twenty years of industry experience, offering a depth of knowledge that not only safeguards homeowners but also supports the needs of builders, developers, real estate professionals, private bankers, and mortgage lenders.
